Our client, a leading manufacturer in the consumer goods industry, is seeking a 2nd Shift Forklift Operator to join their team. As a Forklift Operator, you will be part of the warehouse team supporting the production and distribution operations. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a self-motivated attitude which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title:** 2nd Shift Forklift Operator **Location:** Victorville, CA **Pay Range: $21.00** **Shift:** Monday - Friday, 8 PM - 8:30 AM **What's the Job?** + Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move finished goods materials into designated storage locations. + Unload, stage, and store finished goods from palletizer roller to designated storage locations efficiently and accurately. + Maintain cleanliness and organization in palletizer and staging areas, complying with 6S standards. + Adhere to all safety protocols, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and compliance with Lock Out/Tag Out (LOTO) procedures. + Collaborate with material handlers and supervisors to ensure accurate location of finished goods. **What's Needed?** + High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent. + Background Check and Drug Screen. + A minimum of 6 months of case-picking experience within a distribution center or warehousing material handling in a manufacturing environment preferred. + At least one year of prior experience operating powered industrial trucks and material handling equipment preferred. + Strong ability to follow directions and execute tasks as instructed. **What's in it for me?** + Opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment. + Gain valuable experience in a manufacturing setting. + Be part of a team that values safety and quality compliance. + Possibility for cross-training across multiple job functions. + Work with a diverse group of individuals committed to excellence. **Upon completion of waiting period associates are eligible for:** + Medical and Prescription Drug Plans + Dental Plan + Supplemental Life Insurance + Short Term Disability Insurance + 401(k) If this is a role that interests you and you'd like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
