Job Title: Business Analyst (Multiple Positions) Location: Northwest Pennsylvania (Hybrid; candidates must relocate from Day 1) Employment Type: Long-term contract Position Overview A leading organization in Northwest Pennsylvania is scaling up its technology team and seeking multiple Business Analysts with strong backgrounds in infrastructure projects , SDLC , and Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) . These roles follow a hybrid model and require relocation readiness from the outset. Ideal for professionals experienced in bridging business and technical disciplines. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders and IT teams in capturing and refining business requirements , especially related to infrastructure systems and enhancements across SDLC phases Create and maintain essential documentation: Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specs, Use Case Narratives, and Process Flows. Support policy development , risk assessments , control design , and audit preparedness as part of GRC activities Conduct both manual and automated compliance reviews in alignment with frameworks like NIST, ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI DSS, SOX, GDPR, etc. Facilitate stakeholder workshops, working sessions, and reviews to vet requirements and risk/controls alignment. Support testing initiatives-functional, integration, UAT-and assist with defect triage across project cycles. Assist with implementation planning, validation, transition to operations, and documentation handover during deployments. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field. 3 6 years of experience delivering infrastructure-related IT projects serving as a Business Analyst. Proven familiarity with all phases of SDLC (from requirements through deployment and support) Solid experience in GRC processes, including policy creation, risk/control frameworks, compliance or audit preparation. Expertise in IT general controls (ITGC), access management, change/release management, and backup/disaster recovery controls. Hands-on knowledge of compliance frameworks like ISO 27001 , SOC 2 , NIST , and related tools/platforms (e.g., Archer, MetricStream, OneTrust) Strong analytical, communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills. Experience in facilitating training sessions or control walkthroughs is an advantage. Preferred Skills Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP) and knowledge of cloud-related infrastructure and security risks. Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery methods. Professional certifications such as CISA , CRISC , CISSP , or related GRC credentials. Location & Work Model Fully hybrid work environment : a blend of onsite and remote work. Relocation is required from Day One . Candidates should be prepared to start in-person in Northwest Pennsylvania and support periodic onsite scheduling thereafter.
