EMyth Business Coach (Remote)

Your role: 

As an EMyth Business Coach, you'll become an expert in the EMyth Approach to building a business that works and the system design solutions EMyth has created  to help business owners transform their businesses and their lives. Your ability to connect with people in a genuine way, our ability to support you in improving your skills and EMyth’s small business development content will enable you to successfully lead and mentor business owners/CEOs through our comprehensive EMyth Coaching Program, typically a 12-24 month engagement.

What you'll need:

• A BA or BS (an emphasis on business, marketing, and/or organizational development is desired but not required)
• Basic proficiency using technology and apps
• The ability to work independently and manage yourself and clients productively
• Experience coaching or facilitating small groups of ten or fewer participants (a plus but not required)
• A quiet, professional home-office environment
• Experience as a small business owner or former EMyth Client (a plus but not required)
• A commitment to advancing diversity, equity and inclusion

• Competitive base salary and monthly performance bonus: up to $90,000-$100,000 per year by end of first year.
