Now Hiring: Part-Time Catering Leader

Chick-fil-A 6th & Congress | Downtown Austin

Chick-fil-A 6th & Congress is looking for an organized, customer-focused Catering Leader to help grow our catering program! This part-time role is perfect for someone who’s proactive, detail-oriented, and excited to represent Chick-fil-A in the heart of downtown Austin.

You’ll manage catering orders from start to finish—prepping, delivering, setting up, and following up with clients to ensure a top-tier experience. You’ll also hit the streets to canvass local businesses and help spread the word about our catering services.

What You'll Do:

• Manage and execute catering orders with accuracy and care
• Deliver and set up food at events with professionalism and attention to detail
• Canvass nearby businesses to grow catering outreach
• Maintain catering inventory and supplies
• Support the front-of-house team during peak hours
• Work independently while staying organized and on schedule

What We’re Looking For:

• Part-time availability, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and manage delivery logistics
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Previous restaurant or catering experience is a plus
• Self-motivated, organized, and reliable
