Hubbard is an award-winning Life Plan Community seeking a passionate and experienced licensed health facility administrator to be the Chief Operating Officer. This person will lead our Assisted Living, Rehabilitation, Healthcare, and Living Wisdom Center for Dementia with vision, compassion, and integrity. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the daily operations of the facility to ensure the highest standards of care including Assisted Living, Dementia, Healthcare, Rehab, and Independent Living, - Lead with integrity and compassion, fostering a positive and respectful work culture. - Ensure full compliance with all federal, state, and local healthcare regulations. - Supervise and support department heads, ensuring operational efficiency across all teams. - Collaborate with families, residents, and staff to ensure satisfaction and quality of life. -achieve strong financial performance, prepare budgets, and steward human resources. - Drive census growth and robust resident community engagement. Qualifications: - Current, active LNHA license in Indiana. -Leadership experience in skilled nursing , long-term care, or Assisted Living. - Strong understanding of regulatory compliance, budgeting, and staff management. - Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills. - A genuine passion for resident-centered care and team development.
