Change Management Consultant needs 10 years of experience in execution of organization transformation
Change Management Consultant requires:
-Hybrid
-Large-scale, global transformation projects, preferably within the finance sector.
-Management consulting background preferred.
-Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
-Work effectively in a complex global communications landscape and manage multiple priorities.
-Strong content-production and technology skills, including proficient use of Microsoft Office (especially Word and PowerPoint), intranet and content-management systems, email distribution tools, etc.
- Strong organization, planning, and project management skills; ability to prioritize tasks for self and team to meet requirements and deadlines.
-Hands-on expertise in specific domains of change management, communication, and training preferred, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

Change Management Consultant duties:
-Act as the change management and communications lead for the Global Finance Transformation program and other initiatives as they develop.
-Develop and implement a comprehensive change management strategy to support the global finance transformation project.
-Conduct change impact assessments to identify potential risks and resistance, and develop mitigation plans.
-Proactively engage with stakeholders at all levels to foster a culture of change readiness and resilience.
-Monitor and report on change management activities, ensuring alignment with project timelines and objectives.
-Collaborate with other teams driving projects that may impact the Finance Transformation to coordinate the collective change impacts
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $ 81.00 Per Hour
