Job Description

Company Overview
Our client is committed to unlocking every child’s potential through a nurturing and inclusive approach. The organization supports neurotypical children, as well as those on the autism spectrum or facing behavioral challenges, by combining Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) with child-led learning to create individualized and meaningful educational experiences.

Our client is now taking an exciting next step: developing a new school model designed to meet the needs of a wide range of learners. Currently in the early stages, the vision is to grow into a full-service educational center offering comprehensive, developmentally appropriate programs across multiple age groups.

Position Overview
Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Manager to provide strong leadership and oversight to a team of board-certified behavior analysts (BCBAs) and ABA Therapists. This is a pivotal role for a proactive individual who excels in fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of effectively managing and developing clinical staff while also demonstrating the ability to work independently and drive initiatives with minimal supervision.

The Clinical Manager is responsible for ensuring the delivery of exceptional clinical services, promoting team cohesion, and facilitating the professional growth of team members. The role requires strong skills in organizing, directing, and motivating a team to achieve shared goals and consistently produce high-quality work. A strong emphasis is placed on creating a supportive and appreciative work culture where every team member feels valued and recognized. The Clinical Manager reports directly to the Chief Behavior Analyst and collaborates closely with the Director of Clinical Operations.
