Nexxis Solutions is supporting current and near-term efforts to provide cybersecurity, data and network analysis expertise to mission.
We are currently looking for cleared professionals in the following areas:
General Overview
Be part of a team of diverse backgrounds performing ongoing, comprehensive vulnerability assessments and/or analysis of network cybersecurity risks to enable risk management and mitigation activities. Duties could include: data collection and parsing; network & protocol analysis; tools development/analysis; vulnerability/intrusion detection; evaluation of diverse sources and formats of ingest data; devising tailored algorithms, workflows, analytics and/or visualizations; working with agency specific tools and methodologies; producing formal/informal reports, briefings; assessment of cyber-attacks and development of effective countermeasures.
Functional Domains: Forensic Analysis, Network Analysis, Intrusion Detection, Cyber Threat Assessment, Protocol Analysis, Vulnerability Analysis, Signals Analysis.
Degree Requirements: A B.S./B.A. in Computer or Physical Science, Mathematics, Data Science, Cyber Security, Information Assurance or a related field is required for most positions. A Masters or Ph.D. is a plus but not required for most positions. (Some positions may consider additional years of experience in lieu of stated degree requirement).
Experience Requirements: Available positions range from 0 – 20+ years of experience. (Positions may require DoD 8570 compliance: IAT Level I or II certification). (Some positions may consider additional years of experience in lieu of degree.)
Certification Requirements: A minimum of Security+ strongly preferred. Other industry specific certifications such as CEH (and related) may be required for some positions.
Clearance Requirements: A current TS clearance with Polygraph is required. (Some positions may consider Conditional Certification Access).
