• Assist in the planning and execution of various events
• Liaise with vendors and suppliers to secure necessary services and materials
• Coordinate logistics for events, including catering, transportation, and venue setup
• Support the marketing team with promotional materials and communication efforts
• Maintain event budgets and assist in tracking expenses
• Help with on-site event management, ensuring everything runs smoothly

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
