Key Responsibilities

• Manage schedules and appointments for senior staff members.
• Handle incoming calls and correspondence, routing them as necessary.
• Prepare and organize meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up notes.
• Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation as required.
• Maintain the filing system, ensuring all important documents are organized and accessible.
• Conduct research and compile relevant data for projects and presentations.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
