Safe Harbor Wills and Trusts in Camillus, NY, seeks an experienced Estates and Trusts Paralegal to join our dedicated team. Our firm prides itself on providing top-notch legal services to clients. As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in processing probate and administration cases from start to finish. You will be meeting with clients, gathering asset and family information, drafting and filing necessary documents with the Courts, supervising the administration of assets, and performing other jobs necessary to conclude estates and administrations. You already have the ability to work independently, to manage your case load, and prepare weekly updates regarding case status. You will also be assisting with document review for estate planning clients, to help us deliver quality documents for clients. Please note: Applicants without relevant experience of at least two years will not be considered. Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research to support attorneys in probate and trust administration cases.
• Review and edit documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney, under attorney supervision.
• Manage and organize client files and maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Communicate with clients, beneficiaries, and financial institutions to facilitate the administration of estates and trusts.
• Assist attorneys in preparing for meetings, hearings, and court filings related to estate and trust matters.

Qualifications:

• Legal Experience.
• US Work Authorization.
• Microsoft Office Skills.
