Job Description

Seeking an experienced, licensed Accounting and Tax Professional for a full-time position in Nashville, TN.

The Position:

• Preparing & reviewing complex tax returns for all entity types (1120, 1120S, 1065, 1041, 1040).
• Preparing & reviewing Financial Statements.
• Designing and promoting tax planning.
• Tax correspondence, resolution, and audit support.
• Preparation of sales tax and tangible property returns.
• Leadership and oversite of a team of 3-4.

The Requirements:

• Licensed EA or CPA.
• Minimum 3 years public accounting experience.
• Must meet all IRS and applicable state requirements.
• Must ensure confidentiality.
• Attitude of excellence, commitment to team & drive to exceed expectations.
• Preferred: Ultra Tax, QuickBooks Pro Advisor.
