    • Audit system statuses (e.g., Available, In Service, In Transit) and ensure data is consistently accurate and actionable.
  • Process Creation & Scaling
    • Develop standard operating procedures for inventory tracking, lot management, and key control.
    • Roll out scalable processes across new and existing markets, adjusting for site-specific needs.
  • Team Development
    • In high-volume markets, identify needs and build a small support team to maintain daily inventory operations.
    • Train and coach future team members to maintain consistency and execution standards.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years in fleet operations, inventory management, or logistics roles, ideally within transportation, automotive, or mobility industries.
  • Strong systems thinking and operational process development experience.
  • Comfortable balancing field-based work (lot walks, physical audits) with digital tools and reporting.
  • Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets; experience with fleet or asset management software preferred.
  • Clear communicator with strong organizational and follow-through skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time across Flexcar markets.
