Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Virginia
Hybrid (remote and occasionally in person)
Part time
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our practice part time in Virginia, providing remote/telehealth services along with occasional in person care. Ideally, we are looking for a LCSW with experience outside of training, who is reliable, compassionate, and a team player who is looking to collaborate with a group of dynamic providers to give our patients the most comprehensive care. This position will be practiced on a hybrid basis to our patients throughout Virginia, so the incoming LCSW must be licensed to practice in VA. We have several offices located throughout Virginia and must be willing to provide in person visits occasionally at one of our offices. A huge plus if the candidate has or is willing to obtain licensure in VA and DE for potential remote coverage of patients in those areas.

Job Duties:
-Therapeutic Services: Provide high-quality individual psychotherapy
-Assessment: Conduct psychological assessments to diagnose mental health disorders and determine appropriate treatment plans
-Collaboration: Work closely with the clinical care team, including treating physicians, psychiatrists, and other care team members, to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
-Treatment Planning: Collaborate in the creation of individualized treatment plans tailored to the patient's needs and circumstances
-Progress Monitoring: adjust treatment plans as necessary and ensure a coordinated approach to care
Requirements:
-Graduation from an accredited Licensed Clinical Social worker program
-Licensed by the State Board to provide therapy in VA (a huge plus if also licensed in DE and MD or willing to obtain licensure in those states)
-3-5 years' experience as individually licensed practitioner preferred
Schedule:
-Part time
Compensation:
-$38-$39/hr (Depending on experience)
