Job Overview
We want to hire a professional Logistics Manager for our logistics company. You will be responsible for the overall supply chain management and logistics operations.
You will be managing, organizing and monitoring the storage and distribution of goods. The prime objective of hiring a competent and reliable Logistics Manager is to manage the entire order cycle so as it helps boost the business development process. You should ensure sustainability and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Coordinate with the concerned people directly and optimize the entire order cycle
Manage and strategically plan the logistics, transportation, warehouse and customer support operations
Negotiate and liaise with the manufacturers, suppliers, retailers as well as with the consumers
Keep track of quantity, quality, delivery times, stock levels, efficiency and incurred transportation costs
Comply with the regulations, laws and ISO standards
Meet costs, productivity, timeliness targets accurately
Hire talented candidates for our company
Oversee, train, and coach warehouse staff
Resolve all complaints or issues our customers or vendors face on time
Arrange the warehouse, plan routes, catalog goods and process the shipments on a timely basis
Maintain metrics and analyze the data to assess the current performance and implement improvements as and when required
Introduce and implement new methods to ensure smooth working of our warehouse
Requirements
BS in Logistics, Business Administration, or Supply Chain Management
Proven work experience as a Logistics Manager or similar role in Logistics industry
Exceptional knowledge of logistics and supply chain management
Ability to handle multiple projects independently
Outstanding problem solving, analytical and organizational skills
Proficiency in standard logistic programs
Ability to manage and lead the workforce
Keep track of distribution and logistics management effectively
Excellent customer service skills
Outstanding communication skills
