Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) and Registered Nurses (RN) Chart nurses's notes in an informative and descriptive manner that reflects the care provided to the resident, as well as the resident's response to the care. Complete and file required recordkeeping forms/charts upon the resident's admission, transfer, and/or discharge. Prepare and administer medications as ordered by the physician Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) and Registered Nurses (RN) Requirements Must have a valid CT LPN License Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English language.
