The Maintenance Supervisor plays a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and facility maintenance at Fenway Park and MGM while aligning operations with client and company objectives. This role demands leadership, operational excellence, and a focus on maintaining efficient, cost-effective services. The Maintenance Supervisor will supervise facility employees, implement best practices in quality assurance, and consistently improve maintenance methods to exceed expectations. The Supervisor reports to the Facilities, General Manager and is responsible for the following:
COMPENSATION: The Hourly rate for this position is $31.00 to $31.00. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.
