BACK OFFICE MEDICAL ASSISTANT
Growing qualified Ophthalmology Office seeks dependable, friendly Back Office MedicalAssistant with excellent customer service to become an integral part of our Team.
SCHEDULE
M-F 08:30 am - 05:00 pm
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Greets and directs all patients within the practice
Checks patient vision
Take basic patient history
Entering Data into EMR
Perform routine clinical tasks to support medical staff
Clean and stock exam rooms
Other duties as assigned
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Minimum of a High School diploma
Medical Assistant Certification or Diploma
Great opportunity for a candidate with no experience and willingness to learn.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
Excellent customer service etiquette
Bilingual English/Spanish
Strong verbal communication skills
Organized, self-starter and ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as accept direction on given assignments
Reliable
Able to work collectively with administration and staff
Team player and willingness to learn
