Position Type: Mostly Remote
Hybrid Schedule: Only onsite for meetings as needed
Contract Length: 5 months + extensions

Position Overview:
This role is responsible for leading and delivering multiple IT projects of varying complexity while ensuring alignment with established project management standards and organizational objectives. The position oversees the full project lifecycle, coordinating closely with business, technology, and vendor stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.

Duties:

• Manage and coordinate the work of internal and external resources across multiple IT projects with varying scope and complexity.

• Develop, maintain, and manage project plans, schedules, and required artifacts using established project management standards, methodologies, and templates.

• Partner with business owners and analysts to define, validate, and refine project scope and objectives.

• Lead projects through all phases of the project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and controlling, and closure.

• Monitor project progress, risks, issues, dependencies, and deliverables to ensure projects remain on track.

• Facilitate lessons learned sessions during and after project completion to identify process improvements and best practices.

• Build and maintain strong working relationships with technology teams, business stakeholders, sponsors, vendors, and key partners.

• Ensure consistent adherence to PMO standards, playbooks, and governance requirements.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of experience managing projects of varying size and complexity across diverse subject areas.

• 5+ years of hands-on expertise in project management disciplines, including integration, scope, schedule, cost, communication, vendor, and risk planning and management.
