Position Overview:
We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Recruitment Manager to lead our internal recruiting operations. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at building strong teams, and is ready to grow with a company that values performance and innovation.
Responsibilities:
Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for internal and client-facing positions
Manage and mentor a team of recruiters and coordinators
Build pipelines of qualified candidates across key industry verticals
Partner with account managers to understand client needs and align hiring strategies
Oversee ATS/database management and compliance documentation
Drive recruitment KPIs, sourcing strategies, and performance reporting
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in recruitment (staffing agency experience preferred)
Proven leadership or team management skills
Strong sourcing, interviewing, and negotiation skills
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
