We are seeking a Recruitment Success Manager (RSM) to join our growing team. This hybrid position is ideal for a motivated, independent professional located in Rhode Island or Massachusetts.
About the Role:
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced recruiter or sales professional to lead full-cycle recruitment for high-level leadership roles across healthcare settings. As a Recruitment Success Manager , you will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and placing top-tier candidates in positions such as Nurse Managers, Executive Directors, CEOs, CFOs, and VPs of Clinical Services.
You’ll be the critical link between exceptional talent and top-tier healthcare organizations—ensuring a smooth, professional, and tailored experience throughout the hiring journey.
Key Responsibilities:
Source candidates through outbound outreach efforts including cold calling, email campaigns, referrals, and LinkedIn messaging.
Manage the full recruitment life cycle—from initial contact through offer acceptance.
Evaluate candidate qualifications, conduct phone screens, check references, and support interview coordination.
Partner with clients to understand their needs and present qualified candidates in a consultative, professional manner.
Communicate regularly with both candidates and clients to ensure a seamless and positive recruitment experience.
Manage multiple searches and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
Proven outbound/external sales or business development experience (recruitment, staffing agency, or B2B sales preferred).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to adapt tone and messaging to different stakeholders.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently, take initiative, and deliver results.
Previous recruitment or talent acquisition experience is strongly preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Human Resources, or related field OR
2+ years of external recruitment or outbound sales experience.
What We Offer:
Competitive weekly base pay + a generous commission structure.
Expected first-year total compensation: $60,000 to $100,000+, based on experience and success.
