Job Summary:

As the  Hair Salon Receptionist , you'll be the face and voice of the salon—greeting clients with warmth, managing appointments, handling phone calls, and supporting the stylists with smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet all clients warmly upon arrival and departure
• Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and manage scheduling software
• Confirm, reschedule, and cancel appointments as needed
• Process payments and handle retail transactions
• Keep the reception area and front desk tidy and organized
• Maintain knowledge of salon services and retail products
• Support the salon team with administrative or client-related needs

Qualifications:

• Previous front desk, receptionist, or customer service experience preferred
• Professional, friendly, and polished communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with salon booking software is a plus
• Basic knowledge of hair and beauty services a bonus
• Must be punctual, dependable, and team-oriented
