Job Description
Job Summary (List Format) Scrum Master (KFORCE Urgent Requirement)
- Serve as Scrum Master for multiple teams, ensuring timely and in-scope deliverables.
- Track and report progress across internal, vendor, and Salesforce Pro Serve teams; identify and remove roadblocks.
- Create and manage advanced JIRA automations to optimize story tracking, workflow, and development pipeline processes.
- Escalate issues and coordinate cross-team resolutions as needed.
- Apply Agile/Scrum best practices; adapt processes to meet specific team requirements.
- Leverage automation tools (and potentially AI in the future) to improve efficiency in tracking and development activities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align project timelines, priorities, and deliverables.
- Utilize a basic understanding of Copado for release and deployment coordination.
- Facilitate team meetings and ensure clear communication and conflict resolution.
- Work with multiple, distributed teams across organizations.
- Must be a Certified Scrum Master.
- Strong focus on Jira and some experience with Copado required.
- Familiarity with Salesforce environments preferred.
- Remote position, but candidates must reside in specified western US states; Bay Area/Phoenix candidates may need onsite presence 2 3 days/week.
- 4+ month contract-to-hire; no visa sponsorship available.
