About the Role:
You will play a pivotal role in both expanding our flagship product, The Uzzle, and discovering our next breakout game through bold, innovative, and highly original creative concepts. We are seeking an exceptional creative visionary who can come up with fresh, unique, and imaginative ad angles to test—especially on Facebook—to further scale The Uzzle while also identifying and growing new hit games.

Your primary mission is to lead our internal and external creative teams in dreaming up, producing, and refining advertising content designed to amplify our flagship game's success and uncover additional hero products. This role is central to our company's most important goal: accelerating The Uzzle's growth and launching our next major game success through creative excellence.

We need someone deeply inventive and original—someone who can craft extraordinary ad ideas that captivate families and drive the ongoing success of The Uzzle and future breakout games.

Key Responsibilities:

• Come up with bold, unique, and attention-grabbing ad concepts designed to go viral.
• Lead our network of creators, editors, and strategists to create high-quality ads that perform.
• Collaborate directly with our team of 7 internal game designers—some of the most creative minds in the industry—to bring their fresh ad ideas to life.
• Regularly test new creative angles and quickly build on successful concepts.
• Work closely with our media buyer to scale winning ads efficiently.
• Help launch new games successfully through creative advertising ideas and positioning.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Proven Expertise: Demonstrable experience scaling high-performance advertising campaigns with substantial monthly budgets.
• Deep DTC Experience: Comprehensive knowledge of major advertising platforms—Facebook, TikTok, YouTube—with a track record of exceptional results.
• Creative Excellence: Ability to consistently produce compelling content that achieves outstanding engagement and conversion rates.
• Analytical Strength: A robust understanding of performance metrics, coupled with the ability to translate insights into creative action.
• Strategic Mindset: Capacity to align creative efforts with overarching business goals and growth strategies.
• Leadership Abilities: Experience managing teams, fostering talent, and maintaining a high standard of creative excellence.

Base Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 per year

Performance Bonuses: Opportunity to double your salary through clear, attainable performance targets.
