What You’ll Do:
?? Innovate & Design – Create top-tier fire alarm system layouts and schematics following industry standards and company best practices.
?? Lead & Mentor – Guide junior designers, providing mentorship and technical expertise to elevate project outcomes.
?? Project Execution – Conduct site surveys, perform calculations, and select system components to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
?? Collaborate & Communicate – Work closely with engineers, architects, contractors, and clients to drive project success.
?? Ensure Compliance – Stay ahead of fire protection codes and industry regulations to deliver fully compliant designs.
?? Construction Support – Review shop drawings, conduct field observations, and provide technical guidance during installation.
What You Bring:
? 4+ Years of Fire Alarm Design Experience – Proven ability to design and manage projects from concept to completion.
? Engineering Degree Preferred – A 4-year degree in engineering is ideal, and a PE license is a plus.
? Technical Mastery – Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office Suite.
? Detail-Oriented & Analytical – A sharp eye for detail and the ability to solve complex design challenges.
? Exceptional Communication – Strong verbal and written skills to interact with clients, vendors, and team members.
? Leadership Mindset – Ability to mentor, train, and guide team members while managing multiple projects.
