Job Title: Senior Systems Administrator

Location: LATAM (PST required)

Duration: 6 months

Rate: $35 - $40/hr. on W2

Senior Systems Administrator - Generalist

Support day-to-day IT operations and strategic initiatives across a diverse technology environment. As a key member of our dynamic team, you will ensure the reliability, security, and performance of our core infrastructure, supporting a medium enterprise environment with a blend of on-premises and cloud-based technologies.

• Core Working Hours: 40 hours weekly; must have significant overlap with Pacific Time (flexible scheduling)
• Required Languages: English.

Outline of Qualifications Technical Skills:

• Proven experience administering Windows and Linux servers, including maintenance, patching, and system hardening.
• Hands-on experience with server virtualization platforms (e.g., Hyper-V, VMware, ...).
• Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and firewalls.
• Familiarity with storage technologies (SAN, NAS, cloud storage) and backup/recovery solutions.
• Experience managing user identities and access (Active Directory, LDAP, cloud-based identity providers).
• Comfortable with scripting and automation (PowerShell, Bash, Python, etc.)

Experience Level:

• 5+ years in senior systems administration, infrastructure, or similar technical role.
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and deliver results with minimal supervision.
• Experience supporting medium to large enterprise IT environments.

Other Requirements:

• Reliable internet connection for remote work
• Able to communicate clearly with team members in English
