Are you detail-oriented, organized, and thrive in a fast-paced environment? Join our Jeffersonville team as a  Shipping Specialist in 1st shift  and play a vital role in ensuring our products reach their destination accurately and on time!

Responsibilities:

• Process outgoing orders by scanning, labeling, and verifying package information using UPS and USPS tracking systems.
• Assemble, address, and ensure accurate labeling of packages.
• Organize labeled packages onto pallets and manage staging areas for distribution.
• Coordinate and load outgoing shipments onto trucks, including both full truckloads and less-than-truckload (LTL) shipments.
• Generate daily reports from UPS systems and maintain shipment records.
• Handle international mail shipments, including preparing all necessary documentation.
• Collaborate with trucking brokers to schedule shipments and complete related paperwork.
• Troubleshoot delivery issues in partnership with leadership and technical support teams.
• Perform additional tasks as needed to ensure efficient shipping operations.

Qualifications

What We're Looking For:

• Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in labeling and shipment preparation.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with shipping software (UPS/USPS) is a plus.
• A proactive team player with strong communication skills.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to stand lift and bend for an 8-hour shift. Ability to lift 20 lbs regularly and up to 40 lbs on occasion. 

Additional Information

Hourly Pay Rate: $17.00 + $1.75 Shift Differential

Schedule: Monday – Friday 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM

The ultimate compensation offered for the position will depend upon several factors such as skill level, cost of living, experience, and responsibilities.
