We are currently looking for Engineering Interns who will be involved with various tasks related to the design and manufacture of Flight Deck and Pilot Controls products used in commercial and private aircraft. We actively contribute to social inclusion and equal opportunity by integrating underserved communities and promoting diversity throughout our companies Position Description In this position, you will perform a variety of Mechanical, Systems, or Electrical engineering tasks and responsibilities required to define, develop, and maintain Flight deck equipment with a focus on the analytical fundamentals to enable a smooth Qualification and entry into service. These tasks may include required engineering analysis or modeling, drawing and document creation, trouble shooting and coordination with the manufacturing team to ensure a producible product, or completion of requirements validation or verification. **Complementary Description** - Employ engineering principles to in the design, development, and validation of software dependent test platforms for the Boeing and Sikorsky product lines. - Conduct research and gather data to verify and validate test methodology for production readiness. - Collaborate with senior engineers to create software and hardware that provides self-test functionality for test equipment. - Participate in troubleshooting and problem-solving activities to address technical challenges in ensuring legacy / sustaining test equipment upkeep in international production facilities. - Support the preparation of presentations and technical documentation for both internal and external stakeholders. **Job Requirements** Qualifications - Currently majoring in one of following core engineering/applied sciences disciplines (Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical or Systems Engineering) - Enrolled student attending a college or university with an expected graduation date on or after September 2025 - This position is onsite during the summer - This position requires use of information or access to hardware that is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
