Job Description

Underground Utility Service Foreman

• Responsible for and ensuring the crew adheres to all safety policies and guidelines. 
• Must understand and be able to complete testing of water mains, sewer mains, etc.
• Responsible for making sure job equipment and tools are maintained and in good working order and safe for use. 
• Minor concrete flatwork.
• Operate heavy equipment.
• Must be able to prioritize and complete tasks from start to finish.
• Must be self-motivated, have initiative, be accountable and dependable.
• Someone who can train, communicate and delegate tasks to your crew. 
• Motivated to solve problems, seek opportunities to improve operations independently, think outside the box. 
• Clean Driver's License

Monday - Friday (Typically 1/2 day on Fridays)

• PTO - 2 weeks vacation after 1 Yr. Anniversary

• 90 Day Review/Annual Reviews

Competitive Salary - will depend on work experience - to be discussed at interview.
