COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
- Travel, Lodging, and Malpractice Insurance: Covered (mileage, airfare, lodging, parking, rental car, ground transportation)
- Lodging Cap: $150/night (no incidentals; Syncx preferred hotel list provided)
- Rental Car: Mid-size cars (Apr–Nov: $50/day cap; Dec–Mar: Mid-size 4WD SUVs $75/day cap)
REQUIRED PROCEDURES:
- General Urology procedures (specific list not provided).
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Licenses : Pennsylvania (will accept candidates needing to obtain a license).
- Board : Board Certified in Urology.
- DEA : Active DEA Certification required.
- Certifications : ACLS
- Experience : Minimum 2 years in specialty.
- Other Qualifications : Comfortable with outpatient clinic + 24/7 call coverage.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide outpatient urology clinic coverage (light patient volume).
- Be available for 24/7 call during scheduled week with 30-minute response time.
- Collaborate with APPs who round and manage consults during the day.
- Deliver high-quality patient-centered care in both outpatient and inpatient settings.
- Maintain accurate documentation within Epic EMR system.
