We are hiring a **remote B2B Sales People / Sales VA** for a long-term, performance-based role. (B2B, Remote, Commission-Only).
**Main outreach channels:**
• Cold calling
• Outbound email marketing
**Responsibilities:**
• Make **50 cold calls per day**
• Send **20 outbound emails per day**
• Outreach to **small businesses contractors and real estate buyers**
• Manage CRM and follow-ups
• Work with provided scripts and sales processes
**Compensation:**
• **Commission-only** position
• **1-month trial period**
• **$50/week support (security pay)** during trial
• **Draw against commission** after trial
• **Projected annual earnings:** $12,000 – $65,000+
**Required Skills & Experience:**
**• Excellent spoken and written English**
**• Clear pronunciation (no heavy accent)**
**• Proven cold calling experience** (B2B preferred)
• Comfortable with **high-value sales**
**• Confident running video sales calls and presentations**
**• Experience with Calendly**, CRM systems, and screen sharing tools
• Ability to present and explain services clearly (PowerPoint)
• Comfortable working with **social media, financial, and real estate services**
**• Strong self-organization and consistency**
• **Reliable access to a desktop or laptop computer**
**• High-speed, stable internet connection**
**• Spanish is a plus**
