Claud is hiring an experienced Assistant General Manager/Wine Director.

As the Wine Director you will work closely with the Owner/Operator to efficiently manage day-to-day functions of the restaurant as a whole and the wine program specifically. Key responsibilities will include assisting with hiring, training, and the development of team members. Overseeing the wine program in conjucntion with the Owner/Operator and Sommelier Team is a chief task of the job. Most importantly, you will assist in managing the guest experience to ensure a consistent level of excellence.
